An epic San Diego tradition continues. Fisherman's Landing Tackle Shop, in partnership with the biggest names in saltwater fishing, hosts the annual Tackle Day on the Point Loma waterfront - and it's the best sale of the year, period.

From 9 AM to 3 PM, the parking lot at 2838 Garrison Street transforms into a who's who of saltwater tackle, with 25+ manufacturers showing off their newest rods, reels, lures, and long-range gear. Talk shop with the reps, get hands-on with the latest releases, and score blowout pricing on everything from local 1/2-day setups to offshore trophy-hunting kits. Holiday shoppers - this is your moment.

All day long, seminars from Southern California's top saltwater experts and long-range captains will cover the rigs, techniques, and tactics that put fish on the deck. Let's Talk Hook-up kicks the day off with a live broadcast on AM 1090 from 7 to 9 AM. The ever-popular Surface Iron Casting Contest, presented by Shimano and San Diego Anglers, returns - best cast wins a reel. A massive raffle benefits Captain Rollo's Kids at Sea. And yes - the food trucks will be rolling.
